All prints are produced to order only, thus production may take 1 week. All prints are printed and shipped from Singapore. Once printed, your prints will be packaged and shipped the following day. The time it takes in transit will depend on many factors. Within Singapore orders are delivered typically within 1-3 days.
International delivery times vary substantially depending on time of year, how busy your local customs is, and many other factors.
While I make every effort to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, I cannot provide guaranteed delivery times.
All orders are shipped via Registered Mail by Singapore's postal service - Singpost.Tracking of package is limited but available in most countries. 99.9% of the time it's excellent with reasonable shipping times..
TAXES DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
Destination of delivery of order is made complete upon order confirmation in Singapore. Products are produced on a to-order basis, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than receipt of incorrect, damaged, or defective goods. Incorrect ordering of size, colour, or artwork will be considered ineligible for return/exchange. Customers in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and the United States and any other country where applicable are responsible for any appropriate duty, taxes or fees to be collected at the time of customs or border clearance, despite any shipping discounts made available by Art Tunerz.
