How long will my order take to arrive?
Please refer to the shipping page for delivery times and rates. Shipping within Singapore generally arrives within a week, while international could be from two to three weeks, dependent on local postal traffic.
My package still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
For tracking information, please follow the instructions in the “Shipping Confirmation” email.
If there is a stuck tracking at some point, please give it a few more days. Your package may have been held back by customs or sorting facility at the post office. If you are unable to track your package or it's taking too long to arrive, e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I’ll do my best to help you resolve the situation.
What to do if my order arrives damaged?
I go to great lengths to ensure the prints arrive in pristine conditions, but even then there could be potential mishandling of the package by the postal. In the unfortunate and improbable event of your package arriving vehicle, please contact me at email@example.com with photos of the damaged package/content and I’ll get a replacement shipped to you.

How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number and insurance, using Singapore's postal service - Singpost.
Is it possible to amend my order?
You may amend your order within 12 hours after you have placed your order. You will receive an automated order confirmation email after your payment check out. Kindly review the details in the confirmation email and notify me if there are any issues with the order immediately.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Due to the limited and on-demand nature of the prints and artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or wrong colour or keyed in the incorrect delivery address, kindly notify me within 12 hours of the receipt of the confirmation order email.
Can you make a print of my car?
Yes, I can! If you’re interested in having a custom artwork made of your car, a friend's car or you have a particular vehicle in mind, head over to the bespoke section and send me your inquiry.
Can I have the cars printed in a different colour?
Sure! Each of the prints is customizable to a certain degree and can be printed in different colours or with different specifications. For more details head of over to the bespoke section and send me your inquiry.
